ADMISSION INFORMATION
Admission to GEC is open to learners of all races, colors, religions or ethnic backgrounds. We do not believe in discrimination. Our doors are open for everyone, especially for the white collared class of Pakistan.
We welcome new registrations throughout the academic year, however most of the learners commence their studies at the beginning of the academic year in March.
STRUCTURE

New admissions are taken in March.
The academic session begins in April.
Each academic session consists of three terms.
Annual exams are conducted in March.
Co-education is available
For the convenience of parents admissions are taken till second term i.e. till October.
- Procedure of Admission at GEC
Registration
Parents wishing to admit a child should first register for an admission test by completing the admission form at the school office. Parents are than informed about test in various subjects according to the class level.
Admission Test for Pre-school
There is no admission test for class Nursery whereas an aptitude assessment is done for the students wishing to take admission in Kindergarten levels. Generally, the reading level of a child, the vocabulary and concepts of colours and numbers are assessed.
Admission Test for Class 1-8
The applicants of class 1 to 8 are assessed in three subjects – English, Urdu and Mathematics.
The papers are not set from any specific textbooks or syllabus but are of a general nature designed to test the aptitude of the child in the basic subjects
.The pass percentage is 50%. Duration of each paper is approximately 30 minutes.
For the written test, the child should come properly equipped with a pencil, eraser, sharpener and ruler.
The test paper is not shown to anyone and only marks are communicated to the parents/ guardians.
AFTER ADMISSION
Parents are directed to submit following documents
Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate
Report card from last school
A photocopy of Provisional Certificate and Character Certificate from last institution attended
2 recent passport size photographs
Parents are given the admission fee bill, payable by a certain due date in school office as mentioned on the fee bill

AMISSIONS GUIDLINES
- Admission Enquiry
- School visit and meeting with the academic team
- Placement test
- After the placement test is checked and approved, the admission pack is given to the parent, form submission (within a week)
- After the registration payment, a system-generated ID is created which is your child’s school ID
- System Generated school ID allows the school to generate your child’s school personalized email address.
- Student identification cards are issued to the student and parents both. A student’s school ID card authorizes a student to be on campus. The Parent/Guardian school ID card authorizes the parent/Guardian to pick up the child at the school gate.
